The two major themes we study are human evolution and interspecific hybridisation, focusing on the influence of demography and natural selection on genetic diversity, using modern and ancient DNA.
- In charge of the courses "Computer skills for biological research: an introduction to GNU/Linux and bash scripting" and "Molecular Population Genetics".
- Lecturer in "Evolution", "Biologie humaine", "Master course in Genetics, Development and Evolution", and "Methodologie de la recherche en biologie".
- Development of eco-evolutionary programs of spatial population genetics: SPLATCHE3 and SELECTOR.
- Supervision of PhD and master students in Life Sciences.
- Direction of the doctoral program in Ecology and Evolution.
